రామయ్య గారి గుంటూరు మిరప (Chilli Sannam S4) విశాఖపట్నం పోర్ట్ నుండి FCL Dry Container ద్వారా ఎగుమతి చేయబడుతుంది. ఎండుమిరపకు Reefer Container అవసరం లేదు, ఎందుకంటే ఎండుమిరపను సాధారణ ఉష్ణోగ్రతలో (Ambient Temperature) సురక్షితంగా రవాణా చేయవచ్చు.
LCL, FCL అంటే ఏమిటి? ఏది ఎప్పుడు ఎంచుకోవాలి?
LCL (Less than Container Load)
మీ సరుకు ఒక పూర్తి కంటైనర్‌ను నింపనప్పుడు, ఇతర ఎగుమతిదారుల సరుకుతో కలిసి ఒకే కంటైనర్‌లో పంపించే విధానం.
FCL (Full Container Load)
ఒక పూర్తి కంటైనర్‌ను మీ సరుకుకోసమే బుక్ చేసి పంపించే విధానం. కంటైనర్ పూర్తిగా నిండాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.
ఏది ఎప్పుడు ఎంచుకోవాలి?
⚠️ LCL (Less than Container Load)
• పూర్తి కంటైనర్కు సరిపడని చిన్న పరిమాణ సరుకు
• ఇతర సరుకుతో కలిసి రవాణా చేయబడుతుంది
• అదనపు handling వల్ల contamination / damage risk ఉండవచ్చు
• చిన్న commercial lots లేదా trial shipmentsకు అనుకూలం
• LCL ఖర్చు, transit time మరియు buyer requirementsను ముందుగా check చేయాలి
✅ FCL (Full Container Load)
• పెద్ద పరిమాణ సరుకు లేదా container-level shipment
• కంటైనర్‌లో ఇతర consignmentsతో consolidation ఉండదు
• Cross-contamination risk తక్కువ, కానీ పూర్తిగా zero కాదు
• Buyer/LC requirementsకు అనుగుణంగా ఉపయోగించవచ్చు
• 4 FPOలు కలిసి 5 MT చొప్పున ఇస్తే = 20 MT, ఒక FCL shipmentగా పంపే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది

Delivery Order + ICEGATE SB Filing
CHA Vizag customs కి SB file చేస్తారు (DSC + ICEGATE). e-Sanchit లో 9 documents upload — IRN generate. ETO certificate mandatory for EU route.

Fumigation Certificate (ISPM-15)
Wooden pallets HT (Heat Treatment) mark తప్పనిసరి. On-dock fumigation facility Vizag లో available. Phosphine fumigation certificate CHA attach చేస్తారు. ETO fumigation మాత్రం EU కి absolutely NOT.

VCTPL Container Terminal Gate-in
DO + SB + Packing List + Invoice + Aflatoxin Certificate + Phytosanitary Certificate తో gate-in. RMS channel result based on customs assessment.

DPPQS Phytosanitary Inspection
Plant Protection Officer — Chilli lot physical inspection. Pest-free confirm. Certificate issue. 21-day validity — vessel departure తర్వాత 21 రోజులలో destination reach తప్పనిసరి.

Container Sealing + LEO + EGM
Customs seal under officer supervision. LEO (Let Export Order) granted → vessel loading allowed. Shipping line EGM files → FIRC chain begins.

Q: Chilli కి reefer container వాడాలా? Dry OK అవుతుందా?
A: Dried Chilli (moisture ≤10%) ambient temperature ≤6°C safe గా రవాణా చేయవచ్చు. Reefer అవసరం లేదు — అదనపు ఖర్చు $500–1,500 వృథా. Banana (fresh fruit) – reefer mandatory. Dried spices → dry FCL sufficient.
Q: EU కి Chilli పంపించేటప్పుడు ఏ certificate అన్నింటికంటే ముఖ్యం?
A: ముఖ్యమైన certificates critical: (1) ETO test — ZERO result required (EU zero tolerance); (2) Aflatoxin B1 ≤4 μg/kg — NABL certificate; (3) Phytosanitary certificate — DPPQS issue, 21-day valid.
